Return/Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be thrilled with every item you receive from us. After all, everyone at Weybridge1761 is really proud of the design and craftsmanship of our products. If, however, you are not pleased – for any reason – we will gladly accept returns sent to us within 60 days of your purchase date, in a new, unused condition.

If you still have it, please include a copy of your invoice with your return, and print out and complete  our Returns Information Form so we’ll know how you would like us to handle your return.
Here are your choices:

  1. Replacement or exchange We will promptly replace your item (if it still available) or exchange it for your choice of any other currently stocked item.
  2. Return for a refund We can make credit card refunds to the SAME CARD used for the original purchase. If you request a refund, please allow 30 days for a credit to appear on your statement, or for a cash refund to be processed and a check mailed to you. If, after 30 days, you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@weybridge1761.com.

Be sure to include your email address if you return anything to us. We will confirm receipt of your package, as well as inform you of action taken, via email.

Shipping
To return something to us, mail your package to Weybridge1761, 69 Industrial Avenue, Middlebury Vermont 05753. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning ties to us, you may want to use a trackable shipping service so you’ll know we’ve received your package.
